Cologne, Germany. The second gotic monument in the world.
The famous rock group REM were playing in the only free concert in Europe in 2001 just beside the Cathedral. Hearing them practise in the afternoon whet our appetite for the evening concert. |
Cycling Belgium
This photo was taken soon after crossing the border into France from Belgium. We always looked for small country roads on which to travel. Much of Europe is pastoral and not the crowded place we expected. |

Blue Blue Mediterraneo
We came upon this viewpoint where someone had thoughtfully placed a chair. This area of the world is quite magical from a visual, aesthetic point of view. It was a hot, bright, clear day. Nothing could have improved on the setting. |

The Adventures took a picture inside the Colloseum. Over 26 million visitor hit the italian capital each year, turning easyly the most turistic spot in Europe. Paris is second. |
